It has been a great experience for me even with what happened to me. I had some great neighbors who are worried about me. Those are the neighbors that are with you no matter what....they offer their services to me. I also enjoyed the walks in the morning and meeting new people in the laundry facility....I especially enjoyed my neighbors' cookout that included just the women grilling and spending time together to share conversation and laughter. Even if my next door neighbor doesn't hear from me....she text me to find out if I'm all right....I'm going to miss them greatly.

I haven't moved yet, but Sandy treated me with respect. She made me feel welcome already.

I have been living in the Bellaire partments for over two years and I love the area. These apartments are very secure and located in a quiet area. All residents are screened to make sure it stays a safe enviorment. The management and staff are very helpful with maintenance requests and hospitality of assisting all residents. I would recommend moving into Bellaire Apartments because it would not only save you money but place you within a friendly and secure community.

A place where the grounds and landscape are a scenic sensation. The apartments are quiet and peaceful with maintenance workers are there when you them. A laundry facility that is the state of the art with a call back when your clothes are finished washing or drying. If you want a place to have a meeting there's a community room that can be used with place a request from the rent office. Don't worry about your dog or cat, they are welcome too and have their very own park to run around in for exercise. There's a beautiful pool that's open during the Summer and special events that all tenants participate in. You can barbeque and have a family outing on the grounds. If you have children there are two playgrounds that are available for them. Oh, I forgot to mention that the laundry facility has a soda machine and a coin machine. The laundry facility is kept clean not only by the staff but by the tenants too. The grounds are well lite at night and security patrols at night. Get to know your neighbors....you never know when you will need them. The most important factor show respect to all your neighbors......

Great apartments to live in for my daughter and I. i have been a residence for almost two years and have experienced warmth and satisfaction from the Bellaire Apartments Staff. maintenance is great especially since they cater to the customer. they always fix things in a timely manner. security is great with a paid Secuirty Guard on call. Residents still must do their part with securing their vehicles, bikes, and apartments to assist with security measures on the apartment grounds. Overall....great job and I would seriously recommend others to move in this area.

The new windows bring some sophisication to the building...they look very expensive....
